Photo & Video Evidence Required: To process your return, you must provide:

• Clear photos of the product showing the issue
• A video of the unboxing or the defect (recorded at the time of opening the package)
• Evidence must be submitted at the time of raising the return request

Non-Returnable Conditions:

• Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
• Returns requested after 7 days of delivery
• Items without original packaging or tags
• No photo/video evidence provided
